The tenth annual meeting of the Nordic Corporate Governance Network took place on June 14th and 15th at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. This conference is held annually and brings researchers together from Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland, who are interested in Corporate Governance. The work presented mainly focused upon the particularities of the Scandinavian Corporate Governance model.
NRG Metrics participation at the conference was motivated by a desire of placing particular emphasis on these features, being informed about these particularities, and also informing the participants about its corporate services.
We moreover informed the conference participants about our company’s provision of full coverage for the four countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway), i.e. all of the listed companies in each of these countries.
